Meet Our Team

Our clinicians bring diverse experience, thoughtful training, and a shared commitment to collaborative, evidence-based care.

While each therapist has their own areas of focus, we share a common approach rooted in curiosity, warmth, and helping clients create meaningful change.

Alex Bloom, Psy.D.

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Alex Bloom is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the deeper patterns that shape how people relate to themselves and others. He brings a calm, reflective, and integrative approach to therapy, helping clients move beyond symptom management toward greater self-understanding, personal growth, and intentional change.

Alex’s work is grounded in the belief that meaningful growth happens when insight, emotional awareness, and practical skill-building come together. He helps clients explore the underlying emotional and cognitive patterns that keep them feeling stuck, while also developing tools to regulate emotions, shift perspective, and respond more intentionally in everyday life. Therapy with Alex is collaborative and reflective, with space for depth, clarity, and curiosity.

He has a particular interest in working with clients who are thoughtful, self-aware, or high-functioning, yet find themselves struggling with anxiety, burnout, or a sense of disconnection. Many clients come to Alex seeking not only relief from symptoms, but a deeper sense of alignment, purpose, and personal meaning.

Alex draws from evidence-based psychological approaches while remaining open to the spiritual and existential dimensions of growth when relevant to the client. He believes therapy is not about fixing what’s broken, but about understanding what’s happening and learning how to move forward with greater awareness, resilience, and intention.

Jacob Moss, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Jacob Moss is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the emotional impact of stress and burnout. He has particular experience supporting clients who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, emotional reactivity, or disconnection — both from themselves and from others.

Jacob’s approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and insight-oriented. He helps clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence present-day patterns, while also developing concrete tools to respond differently in real-life situations. His work often focuses on emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and building healthier relational dynamics.

In couples therapy, Jacob helps partners slow down reactive cycles, clarify underlying needs, and develop more effective ways of relating to one another. He aims to create a space where both individuals feel heard and supported, even when conversations are difficult.

Jacob draws from evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral and relational approaches, while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s unique experience. He believes therapy is most effective when it feels grounded, collaborative, and oriented toward meaningful, sustainable change.
